Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from any EXTRA HAIR EXTENSIONS channel to any EXTRA HAIR EXTENSIONS store within 30 days. If return unopened and accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. 

If return opened, used or damaged in any way the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Make a Return to any of our Partners:
Bring your purchase and receipt to any EXTRA HAIR EXTENSIONS partner store. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a EXTRA HAIR EXTENSIONS online member in which case the store can look up a customer's purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item (s). Note: Online orders cannot be returned to partner stores. Please note that whether the item is opened or unopened the customer will be refunded via an in-store merchandise credit.

To Make a Return By Mail:
For purchases shipped to your home or business, send your purchase and proof of purchase such as a receipt or order form to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at orders@extra-hair.com or call us at +1 (888) 998-1828.  

Give us your name, order number and the item product number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.​

Please note Amazon purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores since Amazon restricts credit card information. Amazon purchases must be returned EXTRA HAIR EXTENSIONS by mail only.
